So my friend had a wild party where a bunch of married guys ended up hooking up with some of his g/f's single friends in a spa. Here is the funny part, I guess his g/f took a bunch of pictures of the action going on in their spa, she joked about using them as blackmail. Here is my question, if she took the pics and she has position, do the guys have any right to ask her to destroy them? I would not be comfortable with someone having that type of incriminating evidences of my adultery on my wife.
If it was on private property, I guess there could be an argument that she took photographs without permisison on private property - unless of course the property was hers. The various wives/GFs of "the dudes in the spa" probably won't give a crap about that if they ever see the pics. I hope the guys in the spa get pregnant from each other
I would think they might get a bit mad to know their husbands were banging another woman at a party though ....
That's what I meant. They won't care if their boyfriends could have legally requested that the photographs be destoyed All they'll care about is the photos.
Maybe they shouldn't be married. Who would want to be married to someone who does that? Would you if your spouse did that crap behind your back. They are not just being unfaithful to the wives but children also. Things like this split up families, children included. Certainly not thinking of anyone but themselves. Maybe they are not the type that should be in such a position of moral responsibility.
No doubt, but if I were in their shoes I would want that type of stuff destroyed. IMHO it is just a matter of time before his g/f decides to show them to one of her friends and then all hell breaks lose.
I guess my thought is, if they did not want to get in trouble then they shouldn't have done this in the first place. Maybe the wifes and such finding out is the best thing, its also a good way to tell if your spouse truly loves you. The bible says love covers a multitude of sin and I believe that comes into play in anything. If the spouses really love them they would forgive (though difficult) and move on together as a happy couple. Maybe setup some sort of deal where you must not go to party's without each other and such.
I'm married and as tempting as it might be to get some action on the side, it's not worth the pain, suffering and hurt that it would eventually cause. If I decided that I just had to get it somewhere else, it would be the time to file for divorce and keep it simple and legit.
It would appear that she obtained the photos legally, so the guys have no legal right to make her destroy them. They can ask politely and hope she didn't make copies, but trust me, she made copies.
Damn man that's crazy. If someone had something on like that, I wouldn't be able to sleep. (If I was married) I think whoever is involved should ask for the pictures to be destoryed immediately.
If I am married i would definitely request those pictures to be destroyed. It could ruin my marriage.
If I was the guy that done the deed I would tell my mate to get his misses to give the pics back before I dished the dirt on his past discrepancies,as I am sure he would have some... If I was the girl with the pics - I would so be making posters and posting them around town.....Why be married if you cant be faithful?
It looks like this is going to happen based on some of the things I have seen the single women post. They want ALL the pics. :/
