Wild idea-partner needed for directory

    Yeah, this may be an off the wall, not worth pursuing, idea.

    My idea is to have a partner in a new directory.
    I get phpld ver 3, the paid version, a domain name, hosting, the whole bit there.
    Then my partner builds up the template (not one of the free ones, or a template used by anyone else, it would be only for the new directory).
    And promotes it heavily.

    Paid directory only....
    We split revenues 60-40.

    Any one have thoughts on this idea?
    Or want to partner up?

    1) what is the URL?
    2) How much to invest as partner?
    3) how much you invested?
    4) what are you earnging now?
    5) why did you plan to have partner?
    6) how many hours a week you will put and how many hours as partner has to put?

    So nothing has been put down in stone yet.
    If my wild idea is enough for someone to want to partner with me, and I with him (her), then the two of us can start fleshing it out.
