    There should be an "add a link" option on there somewhere.
    Expect to get the link removed unless you are linking to a site with tons of good solid information.

    You need to register first. Then, if you add/amend the content on wekipedia, then your link will be added

    The link will be removed promptly if anyone suspects that the link was inserted by the site owner. They state clearly that you should not add content from your own sites.

    Editors from pages can receive notification when changes are made so there is little chance that it will escape notice.

    Where people have been successful is having a third party reference a site in a completely objective manner linking to content that is original, of value and worth noting/quoting.
