    And if the article has a level of relevance to your site's content, then they should not touch it, but the Wikipedia freaks are bitc$%^$%^s when it comes to links to your site. Wikipedia -The Free Encyclopedia ANYONE can edit my ass!

    Appropriate category because they have mentioned one tagline when you go to add your link that your link will be automatically deleted if you are not providing any content , i mean if we want to take any links then we should discuss the thing at wikepedia perticular section and then place the link then it will be fine...

    It's difficult to police link placement at Wikipedia. Despite the implementation of "nofollow" attribute, it's still a rich source of web traffic.

    there are some right strange people in charge of wiki that dont see things the same as we do sometimes. i had a similar problem where i quoted a relevant (or what i thought was relevant link) for an article and it was removed almost instantly sayin a similar msg to yours. :(
