Appropriate category because they have mentioned one tagline when you go to add your link that your link will be automatically deleted if you are not providing any content , i mean if we want to take any links then we should discuss the thing at wikepedia perticular section and then place the link then it will be fine...

there are some right strange people in charge of wiki that dont see things the same as we do sometimes. i had a similar problem where i quoted a relevant (or what i thought was relevant link) for an article and it was removed almost instantly sayin a similar msg to yours.
