Christian Republicans do the same thing in Washington, they just call the boys "Congressional page" instead of tribal dancers. ;)
Republicans probably think if they are having "fun" in Washington on tax payers money then why shouldn´t Afghan official do it.

I guess the people supporting these 2,000 traitorous pedos and arguing for their divinity should feel pretty stupid. I wonder why WikiLeaks redacted the names at all now.

Has anyone explained to Perry Mason up there that the prosecution doesn't traditionally need to provide a defense?

Apparently he's confused about how it works.

Were these American Military Personnel going off on a crazy binge that deliberately targeted innocent civilians and wanted to kill innocent civilians? Or was this a mistake, a friendly fire incident?
    Translation: Breeze doesn't know.

But according to excerpts I've read and the youtube video of the meet, it was a mistake. Breeze, however, enjoys believing that the American military is filled with evil soldiers that like to kill innocent people. A bit of projection on his part, perhaps??? It feeds his anti-American bias.

How childish. Breeze wants everything he writes to be accepted as true unless proven wrong. What will he make up next, I wonder...?

Here's the cable. Reportedly, DynCorp hired a 17 yr. old boy to dance at an employees going away party. According to statements by Dyncorp, it was intended as a joke, as bacha bazi is a tradition in Afghanistan. Obviously, it's really not funny. Usually, this "tradition" ends with child rape. They defend their actions stating no touching whatsoever was involved, and certainly not sex. They stated a manager of Dynacorp discovered what was going on, and sent away the dancer as he believed it was culturally insensitive. While no sex was involved, rules were violated as it's not legal to purchase service from a child. After the event, reportedly a few individuals were fired from Dyncorp, an the rest had to undergo further training. In Afghanistan, "they arrested two Afghan National Police (ANP) and nine other Afghans (including RTC language assistants) as part of an MoI investigation into Afghan "facilitators" of the event."

I had a look into the situation , it would appear that something disgusting did happened but a lot of heads rolled as a result . Seems that wikileaks fails to provide anything trully secret , all they do is trow shit in the face of the U.S.

Yes, but the shit they throw comes from American asses and they're not making up stories to do it.

I might understand your side of this argument even a little if it was from the propaganda mill or from a Murdoch perspective but WikiLieaks is using the truth to do it, straight from the source and I think that's a great thing.

More leaks from more countries will be coming forthwith and that will lessen the impact on USA as we all move closer to honest government world wide.

I find it amusing that in their entire existence Wikileaks never took a hit against anyone else but the U.S. or U.S. allies . Their stories while true provide the perfect basis for the press abuse the U.S. is subjected to . Couple that whit the disclosure of info that should have remained secret (2000 CIA operatives) and this organization is the wet dream of black ops .

China , Russia and the Arab League love the fact that the U.S. image is being eroded by this stuff while the West own citizens support this monstrosity whit fanatical fervor . What years of propaganda have failed to do Wikileaks is doing in less then half a year . Honesty will not be the result of this action , a general feeling of distrust in U.S. politics , a weakened military and a crippled diplomacy will be all that Take-a-Leak will cause . At the end of the day freedom will be the looser.

The documents in question are copies of existing documents being provided for public scrutiny rather than just from within a broad spectrum of gov't available to even the lowest ranked enlistment of a private in the military.

The Private is compelled to a higher civic duty than the coruption of a secrative system of gov't, for his country rather than leaving the public in ignorance that is now exposed.
    ...........

Wikileaks should really be shut down before disclosing public fraud as well!!! ......everything kept in darkness and ignorance for those afraid rather than openness for those willing to make a better planet and life to live for.

Well, you can forget about a career in law or the military. Might consider gardening... that last paragraph alone could fertilize an acre.

I grazed hogs for a while....back to planting.

The military is for everyone particularly what they parley as civil justice in another land where they are not invited.

That's the second time i have seen this fallacy in a week. Just so you guys know, the sky is clear. It only 'appears' to be blue, though can often be black, red, orange etc. It is CLEAR, look it up.

I understand that you meant the above as sarcasm but you are wrong if you think some people will not fully support it. How else are they going to make some bucks if there is no secrecy and corruption?

With all these crying, one thing you should be thankful, wikileaks have shown the American people how the American government spends billion of dollars on a worthless war.
