Wikifetcher.com sells a tool which is called Wikifetcher, it's a tool that fetches articles from wiki based website (like wikipedia), it is being used by affiliates that seek to make money by displaying contextual ads.
The content fetched is being displayed at the website without iframes, the content is actually embeded in the website - that makes google adsense and other similar services display contextual ads properly.

It is true what you said.

I'm currently working on a couple of tutorials that will let even the most non-technical website owner use wikifetcher easily.

btw,
