where can I find the technology or download for a cms or program that can make a site similar but editable to wiki pedia.com and chic ki pedia? is there a script for this so that visitors can edit the pages?

Yeah.. Mediawiki allows it all.. You need to have a lil PHP experience though. I am developing a very powerful wiki, keep in touch. Will let you know as soon as its done.
