I have put everything I could into making this an amazing Nintendo Wii site for myself and I love the domain, unfortunately times are rough and I need to sell this for bills, etc.

The CMS:
The site uses a heavily modified version of iGaming CMS which is an incredibly stable and easy to use CMS with an extremely powerful backend admin panel. Everything on the site can be edited easily through the backend and adding any content is a breeze. It takes only a minute or two to add anything to the site.

Amazon.com Integration:
The site has every upcoming game I could find listed complete with description and screenshots. Each game has a custom coded "Buy From Amazon" link that will work as long as the game is sold at Amazon. This link will use your Amazon affiliate code to give you the commission for each purchase. This link is automatically coded correctly for each game you add to the site as long as you spell the game correctly.

Loads of Content:
All current upcoming games are listed under "games". The console and controller are listed under "hardware", all accessories can be added when they are confirmed. I have included a bunch of previews and wii news articles to get you started. I have also included on average two screenshots for each game, some did not have any available yet. The script has been modified to use short search engine friendly urls so all content will be crawled and indexed very quickly. From my experience with this CMS the search engines love the layout and you will get strong indexing and SERPs as long as you provide backlinks.

Income:
Google AdSense is placed on the left and right hand side of each page, a very well placed small link is also located on each game page. I can change these to Yahoo for you if you would rather use them. Amazon links are located on each game and hardware page. I will change the ad codes and amazon ID to yours before I upload the site for you if you like. I am sure that this site will generate excellent income for the owner, I really want to keep this baby, I put a lot into it and I know that it will grow into a cash cow.

I have not placed any links to this site, but could provide 2 PR5 and 4 PR4 links on high quality sites if the buyer needs them. This can be negotiated in the price. Let me know.

Technical Details:
Site is new, so I have no stats at all. Domain is registered at Namecheap until 4/28/2006, it is a free push to your account. I will transfer this to your host and set up everything for you for free as long as you are using cpanel. This includes transferring the database and updating the config.php file. Hosting can also be provided as well, just let me know and we will work it out.
