Selling Wii Website with great design, traffic and revenue

I have a site to sell that is getting daily traffic and just needs some more attention. I have had the site for about 18 months but havent added new content for at least 6 months so it is time to lessen my load.

The site is an expert domain for a wii website, in fact it is wiiwebsite.com.

Revenue
The site has earned $75+ in adsense the past year with very little usage of adsense. It also has earned approx $160 in clickbank specifically on wii downloads.

The site is fairly easy to manage and has a really nice look if I may say so myself. I built it from scratch using php.

New Revenue
I recently added a store to replace the old amazon store (well using their API) I once had on there. This store is custom and works very well. I have an affiliate but you could plugin any datafeed and it would work.

I am looking for a quick sale so consider the BIN, it is worth it.

I am selling for a price relative to 10 months revenue, but this will make some money for someone a bit more game saavy than myself since I dont even own a wii!

It was a PR2, but dropped to a PR1 recently, I imagine because I havent updated it, but traffic started going up since I added the store.

OH! And dont forget to checkout the cheats...pretty cool, but could be updated with some more recent ones. SO make sure you can handle a quick transfer of code and database.

Yes, actually I do. The BIN is well worth it, but the reserve is not set that high, just enough that makes it worth letting it go. I know anyone that takes this site will make money, so I have to make it worth it. The site is making revenue.
