    I am selling this BANS site that i just do not have time to promote.

    It has a pr1 and lots of backilnks.

    In the last 12 months the site has made aprox. $220 form clickbank(wii unlocking) sales.

    You will need a BANS license or just buy the siet and convert it to wordpress or something and push the clickbank products.

    The site has a lot of potential, i just don't have time for it.

    The site averages 15 visits a day. Mainly from google.

    There is very little adsense revenue, but i don't have it on a channel. So no proof of it.
