if you'd like your children to get more active, buy Wii... if you'd like your children to have fun without getting sweat, buy PS3... I think you should buy PS3. Wii will soon outdated...
ps3 man, cant go wrong with it. I have got wii and ps3. PS3 has got much more variety of games. Wii is only gd for party games with friends, if you are playing alone you will feel bored.
PS3 for me. More games, and more options, feature-wise. Maybe for the younger kids, Wii is fine but for an adult, I think PS3 will be a better option.
Hey, why isn't Xbox360 on the list? OP, ever heard of Kinect? Do a search on it in Youtube and you'll find out why Xbox360 should be on the choice list.
And... The PS3 and Windows 7 work really well together. I've been scheduling and recording a lot of digital terrestrial TV using Windows Media Centre and a cheap AverMedia USB 805. My PS3 sees Windows Media Player and streams music/video to my TV over WiFi. No additional software required - just Windows Media Player and a PS3. No need to configure a separate media server any more. Same with everything I've downloaded from torrents. "It just works". + in Australia (keep in mind we're running on tin cans and string here), we've got two free to air TV stations (ABC iView and Plus7) providing on-demand streaming TV shows via PS3. FREE.
