Site runs on customized version of MyBB. Sale includes wiiboost.com and wiiboost.net domains, and free hosting for nearly a year.
Since I have had it I've added a game index section

that lists all known Wii games with links to Youtube videos, eBay auctions (affiliate link), Amazon (affiliate link), Google search and Wiiboost search.
There is also a second forum bundled with it that has 77 members and 853 posts. I want to sell the two sites as a package deal since they are both on the same hosting account:

The reason I'm sellling is that is taking more of my time than I bargained for - this is the first time I have run a forum and it needs someone with time and expertise to promote it properly, and I'm more of a backend techie
So far promotion has been done with giveaways and prize drawings, but it needs more solid content/posting/social network promotion.
I have put adsense on it but have not tried to optimize it yet. I do see from Google's keyword suggestion tool that the Wii game topic earns a high amount per-click.
I will post traffic and adsense screenshots soon. Sale will include the domains, site, and entire hosting account since I don't need that account and I don't have time to help move the sites.

Starting bid is $50. I don't have any particular reserve or buy it now price in mind, but I may add that later.

Forgot to mention I had just added a Wii Fit category for fitness/weight loss/diet since these are even higher paying keywords than Wii video games keywords... may be a better direction for the forum to go long term.

There are quite a few active members, although traffic spiked back in October mainly due to the previous sale listing I think. Regular traffic has been steady/increasing.

Here's awstats for November - note the first 4 days are zero since I had moved the site to my own hosting but had a db issue and moved it back.

 

Here's the adsense for the last month Nov 7th-Dec 6th - like I said I have done nothing to optimize - just changed to my publisher id.
