There has been an incident whereby the wife of a rich businessman, who is a chairman of Ventura Corp, slapped an air stewardess on board the plane while serving customers. It was reported that the wife said "... Why are you talking to my husband?..." before immediately giving the victim a slap. Now, the accused faced a $250,000 lawsuit, filed by air stewardess.
lawl this should've been put on video and an owned sign would have been appropriate at the end... or the Mortal Kombat "whoopsies!" sound that used to come up in the game at random times lol
That shows how money power can be translated into muscle power which is manifested in the form of personal aggression against an hapless individual. A fit case worth to be prosecuted.
the airline didn't even take any action against the wife of the rich businessman. if it was someone that isn't related to any rich person, i am sure she will be arrested immediately. tells you something ain't it?
That said, yes she's an insecure, controlling bitch, but 250K? I mean, it's probably nothing to her, but how can anyone justify a slap being worth 250K? It's not like she'll have medical bills in the future or severe PTSD.
She (wife) should have faced a jail time for an appropriate behavior. Having a lot of money doesn't mean you can do anything you want and get away with it.
I think a lot of you are failing to take into consideration the psychological trauma, and lasting damage, inflicted on the air stewardess. She probably can no longer work as an air stewardess without experiencing high anxiety and paralyzing fear. There might also be soft tissue damage and future paralysis of the face. This person/victim will need extensive psychological treatment, expensive MRI scans, various and multiple doctor consultations and visits, medication, and a source of income as it is apparent that she no longer has the ability to work any job due to mental issues and the stress of the treatment regime for those mental issues. She should be compensated for... 1. The life long earnings of an air stewardess. 2. Future psychological treatment bills. 3. Future medical bills. 4. Other damages. I'm thinking at least 7 million.
