Wierd Script Affecting MySQL

Hello All,

So yesterday my Magento store just stopped working. I didn't change anything so I have been on the phone with host gator all day trying to fix the issue.

This is what they said:

For some reason the script is blocking for a long time and waiting, so I took a look at mysql.
