    If you can't do a direct withdrawal to your bank, try using http://www.xoom.com. They might have a bank listed there.

    People in Israel can withdraw paypal funds to US bank accounts or to credit cards. Local bank transfer is not supported in Israel.

    Is direct bank transfer available ?
    If not available then you can use credit card for withdraw money.
