I am not able to Widthraw funds from Moneybookers to Indian Bank SBI as Moneybookers ask for Swift code but Indian banks use IFSC code, so I am not able to widthraw funds to my SBI account. Any solution to this?

Also I want to accept payment to my ePassporte account but I want to know if they have similar problem or ePassporte accepts IFSC code and I am able to widthraw funds to my Indian SBI account?

    Yes there is a solution
Many branches of SBI is SWIFT enabled
To know the code go to http://www.statebankofindia.com/user.htm?action=branchlocator
And type your city and see whether the branch has SWIFT code ...

Contact your branch to see if its Swift enabled. Swift code and IFSC code are different. Don't confuse with this. Otherwise, open a/c in other Main branch of SBI or any other bank which is swift enabled.

In Order to accept Payments, you need ePassporte Business account which cost $100 per year, and you can withdraw your money to US-Based Checking Accounts. However other withdraw options are available..

Its not true mate. Every bank has Swift Code as well. Just ask your branch manager about that. You can search it online as well.

Only the Head Office of SBI has SWIFT code In New Delhi but the Head Office don't allows to open account there. We can only open account in a Branch of SBI not the Head Office. Its not true that every banch has SWIFT code. I think, only the head office of bank has SWIFT code but they don't allows to open account there. Anyone knows a branch where I can open account and which has SWIFT code?

I said that 'Every bank has Swift code not branchwise' As far as my knowledge you can withdraw funds from your MB account to your bank account (SBI) by adding Head Office Swift code.

yaa true, contact your branch and ask them for swift code, If your branch has no code, then you can add main branch code. First contact them and ask which one to enter. Every branch has tie ups. Otherwise you can always open a/c in private banks, no issue et all.
