There should not be a problem if you do that. The have a few options to verify your account which is really nice of them.

Yes, you can use your savings accounts if you have the proper routing, account, and other numbers required via Paypal for them to make the test deposits. It takes a few days. More information is provided by paypal. I'm not sure if this works in other countries, but I did it a few days ago in the USA -- and it worked fine.

Sending money from your bank to PayPal isn't supported in every country, for example: Belgium.
But sending money from PayPal to your bank should be possible in every country PayPal supports.
If sending money from your bank to a payment processor is important to you, you should use Alertpay instead.

For indian Account, You Need To Verify Using a Credit Card. You cant Verify Adding a bank Account.that option is for the Us bank account.

But You Can Withdraw Using bank Account. For Indian Unverified Account, The Withdrawal Limit is 100 Usd so you will ahve to verify first and then withdraw the 200$

I'm not sure if your savings accout supports direct deposit... however, in the United States you just need the proper routing and account # standard info to withdraw to your bank. No verification is usually required to withdraw funds in my experience. However, if paypal will let you withdraw funds then you can also verify your account. It took 2 days and they made two small deposits to my account. Just verify the deposit amounts and you should have access to your funds. Alternatively, apply for the paypal debit or a preloaded card that will accept paypal. You just need a card that accepts direct deposit and at least here in the USA, you should be set!

It really depends on where you are from. Different countries would have different policies and options available. So check out https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_display-country-functionality-outside and see if your country allows you to withdraw to a local bank account.

As for the limits of your account, it should be shown in your account when you log in. It however is best to just get your account verified as it gives paypal a reason to trust you as trust is very important. If they can't trust you, they cannot allow you to use your account to the fullest extend.

Some countries would have a monthly limit for unverified accounts while some have an accumulated limit and once you hit that, you cannot spend or withdraw anything until you get verified. Unverified accounts have extremely high chances of being flagged and limited.
