Okay I just heard about widgetbucks, how does it compare to Adsense. I noticed that it looks like Chitika. Does google allow there ads to be displayed with Adsense?

The problem is no matter how different the site or good the idea if you have no money it will never interest anyone much like goog stock.

I've heard mixed reviews about it. Some say it's great and others say it is worse than adsense. I think it will take a little longer before a clear conclusion can be made.

I am gifted in one way, I see wealth the owner of a sites mind almost in this case you don't have to believe me but you do in great many cases have to trust me.

And they arn't willing to share any money with anyone, thats the impression I got from that site. I find it interesting that the google staff would love to share yet their financial department never approves any spending since their so poorly funded imagine trying to employ 500 people a year with 33 million and a advertising publisher base and not even making 2 million a year in sales I hope you start seeing the picture sooner than later.

WidgetBucks and Adsense is allowed to be run on the same page/site at the same time.
Read this thread , where some one asked if Adsense and widgetbucks are allowed on same page.

P.s. Take your referrer link out of the Widgetbucks link on your post, its against DP TOS

I still prefer Adsense against any other advertising programs, it's targeted and it's loading quickly and they are paying you after all :)

I am currently using both. I am not sure either. The best advise I can give is to tell you to try it yourself. Results could differ site to site depending on your targeted audience, so it is a bit difficult to say which is better. Currently with me though, adsense has been pulling better profits.

On one site i removed a adsense block and directly replaced with a widgetbucks ad - i have noticed the other adsense ads CPM increased!

I believe this is due to having less adsense units

So you can get a double benefit by using widgetbucks

Also it spreads the revenue around, thus reducing risk, so all in all i think widgetbucks are great as long as they payout!

$0.40 - $0.60 per click on high value products is not to be sniffed at :)

Also you can advertise computer products on just about any website and they should convert, especially with Christmas around the corner!

    My 2 pennies worth

by far, worse than adsense. Nobody EVER clicks WB ads, at least from my experiences. They're super slow to load. CPC is lower than adsense for me, and the reporting is way off (number of views is like 50-60% less than what it actually was), etc. I just put adsense back up and my earnings went up soon afterward.

    -----------------------------

I think it must be different on different sites then - my experience of mixing them with adsense is great so far

They ARE slow to load - but they don't effect my page load times

The reporting is due to the slow load time - if someone clicks another page link etc before the widget loads then you will get less reported impressions etc, similar to low impressions from popups - due to most people having popup blockers

my site must do better with contextual ads, I guess. I tried WB's contextual ad option and it was choosing some really far off items.

Widgetbucks has very atractive ads ( you can use them with adsense)
high paying clicks and many people are interested in the ads.

I managed to triple my income on 2 of my sites where im testing widgetbucks.
On one site i completely removed adsense, for widgetbucks, result: tripled my income :)
the only downside, so far, is the slow loading of the ads.
