Widgetbucks suck, are no longer Available

1- Your Widget will only appears for USA & Canada visitors

2- They implemented more targeted campaigns for traffic coming from countries that will quickly represent a better CPM. Specifically, those are UK, Australia, Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Brazil, India, and Japan. This means that an advertiser is delivered more targeted traffic -- and is therefore more willing to pay a higher CPM rate. Until now, advertisers are only willing to pay a base rate (or no rate at all) due to "international," untargeted ads.

If you see impression data but zero revenue, it means that the international traffic you are receiving for the widgets is coming from regions where advertisers aren't willing to pay. If you see no impressions data, then no international impressions are being received.

That means that their ads will appear & clicked & u gonna get nothing ?!!

advertisers are not willing to buy traffic from Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Vietnam, China, Egypt, and Romania. Rates for other countries, such as Taiwan, parts of the Middle East, parts of S. America, and other regions earn under $0.10 CPM.

thats really sucks:mad: What do u think ?

Fortunately for me, all my international visitors come from Brazil, UK, and Japan, well almost all, but the international rates still suck.

That is definitely bad news for some users, but hopefully it will funnel real traffic and optimize your profits.

i learned about the part where 'advertisers aren't willing to pay for traffic' thing yesterday - i think that's terrible. the only thing that still keeps me from totally taking their ads off is the fact that i'm near the payment cut-off. otherwise i'd take the ads off in a heartbeat

Actually after they implemented this, my CPM went from crap to tolerable. It's actually improving. I only have a single banner from widgetbucks on my site & I wanted to remove widgetbucks from my site but had left it there since i couldn't find anything else to put in that spot. I am not a big fan of widgetbucks, but Now i think i'll give them a chance & test it for a while and see if it really improves.

I am not earning anything but I put Widgetbucks on some of my pages just to show support for them. I really hope they will be successful and be a credible alternative to Adsense.
