You've got to speculate to accumulate. I think the $25 is what we call in the marketing trade a 'loss leader' - something to hook the customer in the hope they'll offer loyalty and greater earning potential over the course of time. And it isn't actually that much to a big company.

Yes, you get ur first payment when you earn $25 as you already have $25 for free for registering.

If they haven't been paid they are pending by default.

I don't think anyone knows just yet - they may review clicks before paying but as they haven't paid anyone yet it's too early to tell.

I have added them for a week now.
My website has 2000 + pageviews daily & in a week they have reported only 650 impressions. They say I have had no clicks on the ads.

So , the impression reporting is buggy & maybe the click reporting too.

I am leaving them for something else now :(

i have gotten good CTR with WB but its not on all post just pages on my blog.

I think chitika and WB are hand in hand since they do have high CPM

but sometimes it does not load - saying unable to reach database or something like that - anyone else?

    Yes, I got that too.
Seems like their infrastructure is under heavy load.

By the way what are the allowed LABELS?

Man, while I want to belive WB is for reals it does sound too good to be true. Posted a couple banners on my site... hope they pay out come December though. For all we know they might not have any intentions about paying up.

Actually what makes me think a lot is , if they are paying through PayPal then why do we need to wait such a long time (45days) ?

Lots of PPC companies have NET 30/45/60 payment terms - it's not unusual.

OK after some heavy promotion of widgetbucks (almost 50% people here have referral ads in sig lol) and talking to some other high traffic publishers, I decided to put widgetbucks on one of my premium site.

Here is my review. I hope it helps especially the newbies here. i would discuss about CPC value and its relation to the niche.

    1) For about XXXX impressions, I earned only $7.25. CTR sucks.
    2) I noticed that irrespective of impressions or clicks, the so called RPC (i assume its CPC) is set to 0.27. That means its like a fixed CPC rate and not variable.
    3) It seems if you change your widget to some other niche you might get higher CPC (RPC in widgetbucks).
    4) That means its not really a pay per click system but more of like a Fixed CPC per click. A derivative of CPM and PPC system.

Something that doesnt perform as good as kontera, isnt worth my time. Not only it takes up lot of space, it just blows into visitors coz of its flash/image look.

For the time being, most of the things are against widgetbucks. No good earnings, dont know if they would pay. Too risky to invest 1 and half month trying their system.

I am going to wait for 1 more day to see if it at all improves or its bye bye widgetbucks.

At the same time, I strongly believe widgetbucks is great for Arcade sites with poor CTR and CPC or people who are no more with Adsense.
