Reasons : 1- WidgetBucks doesnot appear on google search that means it is in sandbox 2-from the begining 25 for just signing up , made me suspicios 3-Very high pay per click ... which was obviously exaggerated 4-The site script seemed a scam to me 5-Using hidden links under flash banners 6-Referral earnings for life time is 99% scam in similsr programs I think many people did warn widget bucks users form using it The belief that widget bucks is a scam is widely spread now .. hard luck for the users and i hope it will pay any thing
Some interesting points 1. Google has nothing to do with scams, being in the sandbox, or not appearing in Google seach does not mean it's a scam. It means they're either too new to be ranking well, or have been penalized by Google for gaming the seach engine - not for being a scam. 5. Hidden links under the flash banner is the right reason for it not appearing in Google search. 2 & 3. It's called marketing - getting people to sign up, making it more lucrative than other sites. I don't believe the PPC will stay high for too long. Once they have enough users, PPC will drop. As for them being a scam, I'll wait and see before passing judgement.
Oh... let me comment your post. 1. Banned from SERP, but PPC market has nothing with that. 2. If someone will earn $25, then one will earn even more and that will bring money back to them. 3. I can agree with this one pretty much. 4. Don't agree. 5. Not anymore after realizing that, what they were doing, was a mistake. 6. Not true. Affiliates receive this 10 percent for the full 12 months after the new member joins.
1- yea right but if it wasnt a scam i think it would never try to game SE 2,3 - If it was not a scame the marketing should be honest and believable
