My experience is pretty much like everyone else's.

The number of impressions they record has no relation whatsoever with reality.
The ads are slooooooow to load.
They are not content specific. No way to use keywords.
Yesterday finally they just "disappeared" so I get this big banner right on top of my forum's home page saying something like "this page is unavailable."
That's when I decided enough was enough and pulled them.
I guess I'll never get the $0.39 I made in a week (gosh, that's even worse than adsense!!!). Just as I never saw in the account the $25 they promised for sign up.
Oh well, I live. But they'll have to do a loooooot of fixing before I consider trying them again.

I talked to the owner and it is NOT CPM advertising as someone said was "clearly the case" quite to the contrary it says nothing implying CPM payment but rather earning potential using the eCPM rate as an example. In my conversation with the owner he said it is all PPC and thats obviously true with all the screenshots reflecting that.

As far as I'm concerned I dont believe all categories and subcategories deserve/ can pay out the same ~$0.42 per click. And for that reason I am wiery. Also who pays $0.42 for a click to a video game that costs $20 (which is like $5 profit margin, that would mean 1 in 10 people would have to buy to cut even with advertising). I just don't believe this flat rate per click is realistic. I also have not heard from the owner in several days about my big project.

Not all ads cost the same , I've tried music ,albums and one click was 10 c. for video games is also not 42 c. . I have to choose more money with risk or 5 x less money but sure ? What are you choose guys :)

Most of those that are doing well with WB are those with a solid niche and a group of returning visitors. If those 2 parameters aren't met it could be difficult to monetize this one.

I am testing it myself on a few sites and will see how it goes. I see one of my sites already got a click which made 17c.

Nothing to get excited over yet but Ill see how it goes. Its got to do better than how AuctionAds ended up.

Yes, i think widgetbucks.com is a great idea, and mpire.com wasn't unknown before..

Use my sig to signup! And also check gridparking.com, should work perfect with Skyscraper & Box Widget-Ads:)

Impressions are visits, clicks are when a user clicks the ad instead of just looking at it. ;)
