WidgetBucks.com - Are they really good?

they said on their blog that they signed up 5000 publishers this week alone. I am curious if they will be able to pay all of those publishers .40 per click.

 

Let's wait and see.

I wonder when will they start their first payouts.

 

Personally, I am starting to think they have overshot and I can;t imagine them earning anything near that amount from affiliate or recommend deals with their advertisers.

Especially as most of the referrees are not pre-sold and will have low conversion. Hope I am wrong though hehe.

 

To be honest, i see this program being a scam, no offence to anyone, but they just wont be able to pay out everyone, like someone else said. They overshot it.

 

To ward off the onslaught maybe they should have went to a review process? Or is there any other way they could have trickled onto the scene?

 

I don't like them. I tried them out briefly on a proxy site of mine and found that the page loaded slow every time I switched pages.

Wouldn't recommend it for proxy owners.

 

Hopefully they pay out, though when something seems to good to be true... However there are lots of adsense ads that payour more then 40 cents a click so who knows, and who knows how much cash they have behind them.

 

Judging by all of the delays and setbacks they have been having with the website, I wouldnt be surprised if they push back the payment as well.

 

Seems they are run by http://www.mpire.com/ do you guys have an idea about the reputation of this company?

Someone in one of the other threads dug around Google looking up the company's info and hey seemed to be legit.

I have started testing thier system today, but my friends get more money from WidgetBucks than from AdSense.

I'll keep you posted.

 

We need payment proof anyway, not just an earning screenshot

Anyway I post that Widgetbucks on our Fashion Forum and it looks cool enough for the layout

 

I hope they pay out - I'm not getting crazy prices per click in the gaming niche, but I like the ads - if they offer half decent pay, and attractive, relevant ads that would be nice long term.

 

I'm going to wait a while on this one. I signed up for an account, but the variety of ads offered weren't enough for me.
