widgetbucks: 190 clicks: 96$ huh is this real?

hello,

i have put widgetbucks for 2 days on my site, its a file host site, with keywords as dedicated/network etc on the page. now i saw something very nice in my account with widgetbucks:

first day
2000 Impressions with 190 clicks made me 96$ (+/-2)
second day:

940 Impressions with 38 clicks made me 20$ (+/-2)

this is even better then adsense, but i never used them before. u think they will send my money? i saw people talking about widgetbucks and saying scam etc, hopefully its not

they pay u 45 days after the end of the month, damn that's a lot, i need to wait 2 months, if its a scam i will be f.

someone received money from them?

i have made (+/-2) becuase i dont want them track my account, becuase its forbidden to show the stats right

I havent recieved any because I have just started my campaign on my site yesterday. But I have read some mixed reviews about widget here at DP. Some saying they got their first check to not getting their second check. But their customer service is apparently not so hot.

 

ya they have paid me
throught paypal , but be aware as they banned me few days latr for no reason
( what they mentioneD was that i violating TOS , but didnt specify what xactly it was )

 

WB's customer support isn't so great, there is also the issue of their horrible CPM atm, besides that they are a fine service, that are just ironing out some kinks.

 

You will get paid. They sent out first payments this month.

I think they just won an Open Web Award too.

 

i dont need their support, if it gets me good money, then its good, if its not a scam i will use it, it gives me very nice click rates, hope its not fake, but ehhh 50 cent a click? even adsense doesnt do that damn, i can believe it

widgetBucks is great.I highly recommend it.

 

They have paid me and i can confirm they are a great addition or alternative to adsense - clickthrough % seems low but if you have a lot of US / Canadian traffic then the pay per click is great - averages out slightly higher than adsense for me also.

Big company behind them so with that and my first payment i think they are legit and will be giving google some competition which is good news for publishers

They do have t&c similar to adsense (strict) So read it and email them for support

They are a new company - First payments were in early Dec (ahead of schedule) and second payments are due in early Jan - if you have not been banned you will be paid imho

Pretty sure you won't get paid this month.

If they are still doing what they did from the first payments, then you won't get paid until 45 days after you reach payment threshold. Just give a quick visit to their page and read their FAQs. I'm pretty sure they tell you there.

 

They have proved that they do actually pay, but your earnings of 50+ cents per click seem too generous to me (kind of 25-30 cents is more the norm). Do not be too disappointed if they re-evaluate your earnings!

 

Do they only pay via paypal?

yes, but a company that has SUCK in its slogan and its support is so bad can raise eyebrows. The program has proved to pay and we must remain alert but still they have proved to be a growing power in the advertising world and will do well if they can get their CPM ads together.

exactly, their international CPM is really bad atm but getting better.

They banned me saying that I violated the TOS, which I didn't. The reason might be non converting clicks which is not in my hand!
