Widget to Back Up WordPress Blog

Hi,

I there such a thing as a widget that will back up a wordpress blog automatically? I heard there were some out there...

Well there is plugin called WordPress Database backup here:

Then you can always export your blog right from the dashboard:
Go to Manage, Export..

 

Yeah I have database backups emailed to me daily using http://www.ilfilosofo.com/blog/wp-db-backup

This one is nice. It can be used for both database and files backup.

It's still in beta though, so you may want to be careful.
