Contest Widget Design Contest - Simple - $10 Prize

I need a widget designed for my website, below i've included some information

I will need two versions of the widget a light colored and a darker colored one with the same color scheme that matches the current website design. The winner will need to provide me the background psd images, and any other info needed (font size, font style ect...) Contest winner will receive $10 dollars.

the title of the company won't be static so can't use a logo.

I'm basically looking for a nice background image where i can style the text on it nicely through css. i would like to have the text on it right now for demonstration purposes.

I like the style of this widget so far, the color is great as well.

 

looking for a couple of more designs before i make a choice...
