    As the others said - no scam.
    People are getting banned for breaking the rules - plain and simple.

    Its funny that... when people get banned for breaking the rules they assume its a scam.

    Actually, that link is my site and I am still holding my reservations on them as I have still not gotten paid, I think they have revoked the ban on my site as it wasn't really justified in the first place. I am waiting for my payment and will write a follow-up article explaining that they are not a scam if I actually get paid.
