When you find a dropshipper/manufacturer, how can you set up your site so that a customer order goes to the maufacturer for processing?? Also, what are the best e-commerce scripts/software packages?

I'm looking for any script that is useful. If the best ones are paid, then so be it. However, do the paid ones really offer that much more than the free ones? My host provides several free ones to me.
