http://www.uncoverthenet.com/ seems to be a pretty good one. Alexa.com also lists it as being in the 3,000 range. It's a bit more expensive than I would do, but I dont pay for directory submittions.

 

Some of your inner pages have higher pr than your home page! Noiceeee!
How is traffic for that site?

yahoo certainly is the best, but the charge is huge!

unless you try the free option, but the wait is long though

 

Yahoo directory only free for non-profit sites.

The strongest directory list may do some help, also you can try the special strongest phpld list.

I've managed to afford 2 permanent featured in Alive, my no.1. I'd also like to upgrade my listings in DirectoryDump, my no.2. I've just made my first submission to romow and will be returning. For value for money I have all my directories listed in Forplex.

I put my link in forplex and it was good because I was able to get the daily listing mod for my directory, next is directorydump!

you better spend your money on a good submission service, we have 8 PR8 directories we can submit to for free ! (the submission is for free, you do need to pay us of course for the work)
(we have in total 1.500 dirs we can submit to, in total more then 400 with minimum PR4)

for the money you spend on 1 paid dir we can submit up to 1.000 directories, for the money you spend on Yahoo (yearly!) we submit to 1.500 dirs !!
