Wich domain name is better for SEO?

Suppose that my two main keywords are "key" and "word", the domain name "keyword .com"/.net/.es/etc aren't available, but the domain name key-word.net and keywords.com are available, which is better for SEO?
Which affects more SEO, the "s" in "keywords.com" or the "-" in "key-word.net"?
    Which is better for SEO?

I think - is gonna be the rite choice thn the letter s as...... - means a space between your key words so this URL will still get targeted as far as ur description and h1 tags contains the same keyword........ In SEO it isnt URL alone tht plays a role in optimizing a website for a search engine. Thr are many other factors apart frm on page activities like blog writing's, forums commenting, directories submissions, press releases ect too.......

Stick to the full keyword, dont break it up and try and get a .com if you can, if you cant, go for the next top level domain such as .net etc.

keywords.com is better for SEO IMHO as the word "keywords" is an actual word, and a keyword at that. whereas key-word is two keywords that don't go together if you see what I mean.

can u just let me knw whts the idea behind using keywords separately. As the question of the forum states thr r two keywords "Key" and "word"....... so why thn using separately...... - acts as a space so the URL should be key-word.com isnt it...... in case key nd word are two seprate keywordz

I think it doesn't matter whatever domain name you have. All you need to have a strong SEO for your website. I've seen so many good pagerank website with weird domain names.

People "key" and "Word" was just an example! I just wanted to know which is better: keyword1keyword2 + s .com or
    keyword1-keyword2.net

For example, and this is just an EXAMPLE (like the one before),imagine that I was building a website for a baby toy (just 1 baby toy I want to sell) if my "Keyword 1" was "Baby" and my "keyword 2" was "Toy", which is better: babbytoys.com or baby-toy.net ?

I just want to know which is better for SEO: the "-" or the "s"
I don't care wether it is .com and .net (.com and .net have the same value in SEO)

Make the main keyword on the domain and do TLDs.

In domain name, it is advisable that you should not included "-" if not necessary.

Do not get the breaking keywords because it is not radio friendly e.i. if you tell this web address to your friends they feel difficult to remember it, they may type "keyword.com" So second one is better for you.

Any time that you have your primary keywords included in your domain name it will greatly benefit your search engine rankings and help with SEO. Both of these scenarios would be good for SEO, as the keywords are included either way. However, having a .com instead of a .net can work more to your advantage in terms of search engine rankings as well. having the extra character between the two keywords in this instance may actually not be as beneficial for SEO purposes as the other domain name example.

.com, .org, .net are the most powerful for google.

google recognizes when domains have 2 sepparated words by a "-" but that "-" is not good for you SEO. Just read the basics... google hates "-"

so try always to get the full keywords on your domain. keywords.com, keywords.net, keywords.org, .info, etc but always your full domain name with no rare symbols in between

The main thing to remember is never use hyphens in between keywords if it does not seperate all keywords or words in general if you have an extra word. Example keywords "cheap sony electronics " you must get a domain like this cheap-sony-electronics.com/us/net etc if you do like this cheap-sonyelectronics it will damage seo and show only one keyword and google will affect negative on seo.
