Hi, I want to know wich affiliate program is good for a gaming website? And what kind of affiliate program? I have never tried it before, so want just to try. Getting about 4-5000 visitors in month. Thanks,
Some of the CPA affiliate networks are going. There are nearly 100 at http://www.affiliateseeking.com Also, you could try CPM programs aswell. I have earn't quite a bit of money from these on my gaming site.
I can recommend you a very good gambling affiliate program. It gives new affiliates free domain name (you only need to explain why do you need it) and thsi program buys it for you, also this programs gives free website and hosts it in UK offshore zone, there are also a lot of tools such as forums, blogs, tournaments and etc, which are easy to install to your new website. The program offers $100 CPA that is $100 per new player. I like this program, because it's very easy to start business with it. I'm an owner of 777-online-gambling.net and I've decided to open a new website for UK players, and I bought this domain 777-online-gambling.co.uk, I chose a template in this program and install it to my new site. My UK site is not ready, I only start to work with it, but I'll have a great success with it as with my main site 777-online-gambling.net If you are interested pm me.
I have been trying azoogle lately and have not had the success that others claim - So am going to try another soon as well. But only getting about 200-250 uniques a day right now - so am sure that is a part of the problem.
I've just started with this one. It's easy to start with and you keep your customers forever. http://www.gamedrops.com My site is here: http://www.katgames.com
The problem with sites like gamedrops and things is that you have to actually sell something so that you earn. OK, I can sell lots of things, and infact I do, but trying to sell to the younger age is much harder than selling to the middle aged. Although middle aged people do play games, there are far more youngsters that will play your games, so CPM, CPL or CPC programs are by far the best option to use on a free online games site.
You probably will do best promoting Game Rentals. See here for a list of affiliate programs for Game Rentals: http://www.dvd-clubs.com/4000.php
John; most people that buy these games are 35+ (and more than 60% of them are females). You can give it shot simply by adding a user base and sending a message to everyone to see if they like your Game Space. It is true, they have to purchase games, but once they make a purchase they are your customer "forever" and you don't have to keep the game source updated... I think is worth a try... Cheers!
You have just said exactly what I have said, but in different words. I said that most people that visit free online games sites are YOUNGSTERS and there is only a minor majority of people that play games on free online games sites that are around 25 - 40. So the conversion of visitors to sales will be very low and you are more likely to earn much more from CPM, CPC, and CPL programs, which I had previously said. I hope these programs work for other people, but I prefer to stick with CPM, CPC, and CPL programs.
