wich advertising option should i choose

    I run a text based game , do you guys think i should use apexgamingads.com , game advertsing online or google adwords ??
    I am trying google adwords with 10 $ to see if it is gonna work but it looks weird i added for example kingsofchaos the minimum bid was 0.15 when i made my max cpc 0.15 it became 0.20 i made it 0.20 it became 0.30 why does it rise :S

    Because of value added payments I think... you must set your amount to fix.
