whymMy Blog PR Decrease one to NA?

    I have a blog http://seoserviceonline.blogspot.in
    before Google update PR its PR is one but after the update of Google PR my blog PR is NA
    Now please review my blog and tell me what is the reason behind that.
    Is my blog penalized.

    You blog may be penalized by Google for SPAM (black hat seo process) or your blog doesn't have enough backlinks to have a page rank as before. please check/review your website's backlinks yourself through Google Webmaster tools, pagerank.net etc.
