    Focus on one big quality authority site, think long term, making little sites just for adsense isn't the best investment even if it makes short term income.

    nowadays people are becoming too clever...
    they dont click any ads now... :)
    they know that the owner is getting paid for it..
    but still we got some lucky clickx :p

    I am sure that there are much better ways for earning money with web sites then Google AdSense, that can give you more revenue with the same number of visitors.
