Newbs are afraid to take action.I know this cause when I was a newb, I myself was afraid to take action.I was a very perfectionalism kind of man and I won't do anything if I'm not 100% sure it will succeed or I will feel uncomfortable doing it. But somehow, later I did take many actions and fail many times.You need to take action and strive to learn more, read more everyday.
