Hi Guys, I thought to ask this question because I've never tried to promote Amazon as an affiliate most of my success is with ClickBank, so why do you think you recommend amazon to work with as an affiliate?
I would recommend Amazon because it is a site shoppers trust. I also recommend Amazon because when someone shops, they usually buy more than one item and you get commission off of all items purchased during that session. As an Amazon Affiliate you also get commission for anything a customer buys for 24 hours. That's the length of the tracking cookie with your affiliate ID. You can also use Amazon to make money in different ways. As a supplier on Amazon you can use Fulfillment by Amazon to sell things yourself and use Amazon's advertising muscle to get your items in front of millions of buyers. As a writer, you can sell your own E-books on Kindle and keep a large portion of the profits for yourself. I believe items sold for between 2.99 to 9.99 you keep 70% of the profits. That's a great commission when you look at the volumes of buyers that come to the site daily, especially if you have something the masses are looking for. So I love Amazon. I shop at Amazon. I plan on selling on Amazon in 2013 as a part of my business plan, as well as being an author on Amazon in the Kindle Ebook section. Amazon is a literal cash cow if you know how to use it.
I would recommend Amazon for 3 reasons 1. Amazon is trusted company 2. They sell products by big brands like Sony, LG, Panasonic, Apple, Kodak, Canon, Dell, HP, Microsoft, etc. 3. Potential to earn almost unlimited income
