i like the article, some good things mentioned there, i would add the fact that when doing direct advertisements there is an optionto make a JV with the advertiser and make a 'special deal' for your visitors which benefits you in the case that your visitors will be more loyal to you now and the advertiser because fo increased revenue and a good partnership formed.
