Without looking, I would say pricing.

Anything being sold for $5 (five dollars) or less must be posted in the Freebies forum. This includes, but is not limited to, links, domains, ebooks, content, or other products or services. If it is five bucks or under,

Posting $5.01 will not change our perception of the value. Clearly specify the value of your product or service in your title to avoid confusion (ie. "$5 per month--minimum two months", "$5 per year", "$5 permanent"). If we see a title that says "$2 Web Hosting", we will consider it to be a freebie, and move it to the Freebies forum. Moderators don't have the time to screen every thread and calculate total prices.

If you post a freebie thread in another section, we will issue an infraction for: "Posting in the wrong category".

It was moved because you advertise $1 per 100 words. Nowhere there do you say what the minimum order is. Unless the minimum order is $6 or so and up, it belongs in freebies, and you may not exchange iTrader for any deal resulting from that thread. In other words, if that thread even suggests there's a chance of a deal happening for $5 or less, the whole thing is subjected to the freebies rules.
