In some point you will find your self spamming .. Well ..

First you try not to ..

    How ?

Well , try to make your self not selling something its very simple

    But how ?

    For example :
You try to send comment or send message to friend to invite him to your site how you could not be spamming , OK

    message like this :

or just simply write the site name .. or link it with url .. what ever ..

Any good Ideas please contribute to this post .. thanks ..

You can send emails without spamming, you ARE allowed to send a legitimate first contact business request to someone without it being seen as spam - so long as you include something like

This is a legitimate first contact business request - you are not on any mailing list and you will not receive any further emails unless further contact is requested.

Thank you very much for the info.

Some of us have got so scared of being accused of spamming that we find it terribly hard to make that first contact.

Let your friends know who is sending the message. To be credible, put your address and phone number beside your full name. You have nothing to fear, right?

I don't quite agree with this one. I would call this an abuse. If you send a promotional message to a stranger, it is spam, no matter what. And as I said, you have to put down your full name, address and phone number, if you are doing business. Unless you are doing something illegal, as SPAMing.

    Hi,

I got this information from a website. Hope it helps.

"A message is Spam only if it is both Unsolicited and Bulk.

    - Unsolicited Email is normal email
(examples: first contact enquiries, job enquiries, sales enquiries)
    - Bulk Email is normal email
(examples: subscriber newsletters, customer communications, discussion lists)

An electronic message is "spam" IF:

    (1) the recipient's personal identity and context are irrelevant because the message is equally applicable to many other potential recipients.
    AND
    (2) the recipient has not verifiably granted deliberate, explicit, and still-revocable permission for it to be sent. "

P.S It is copy and pasted from another site.

Spam is a fact of life, i dont mind internet spam at all but what i hate it when people call my house on my home phone and ask me to buy stuff, thats the worst.

Spamming online doesnt hurt that much in my opinion cause people "can" take steps to block it.

So in essence, spamming only occurs when these two ingredients are present-unsolicited messages and bulk.

In order to prevent your own messages to be classified as spam, just make sure each new message is unique so even if the receipient is not expecting your email, it won't be regarded as spam since it doesn't satisfy the "same message to many receipients rule" or simply referred to as bulk.

i think it's considered spam if you keep on sending emails to people who either don't reply back to you or they say right there and then that they are not interested and then you keep bugging them.

typically just ask yourself or place your self in the shoes of the one your sending mails with, if you think you will get annoyed or irritated chances are you're spamming his mail box
