WHY yahoo is better than google

Yahoo and Bing are awesome. Google is better. Their searching algorithm is arguably more powerful, and one of their most closely guarded secrets. They also offer a lot of services that the others do not. Larger email storage size, webmaster tools, Google Reader and Documents, Google Voice, Google Maps and so on.

 

Some people like yahoo and some google.

 

forget about yahoo or bing! in a couple of years the " Google" kingdom will come!

 

I like to ask funny questions in yahoo Polls and Surveys section while search other info in google. This has been a habit for years. haaaaa......

 

Well yeah More does not necessarily mean getting ranked for "More OF" the searches. Bing and yahoo combined account for about 11% of the searches. Google still has over 85%!

However, you might be able to rank easier in those engines for reasons that they have a different processes for ranking.

It's like the ole expression do you want to be a big fish in the small pond or small fish in the ocean.. or something like that.lol

Ranking in Google is still going to be a necessary part of you overall marketing strategy for significant traffic

 

Many people use Google because of their wide range algorithm.

 

Bing is better than yahoo

 

Google is superior in both relevancy of search results, as well as how they handle spam and provide clean results. Not that you don't get some random things there, but I've found that the answer to a specific query comes better from Google than Yahoo, and certainly from Bing (now they are the same results).

 

Only yahoo answers are more effective then the google thats why yahoo has the high priority then the google. Yahoo also merges with the bing.

 

There is only two real search engines now, Bing and Google. Yahoo now servs Bing results. In the past Google was an extremely awesome search engine. You can find the answers to any question befor there was a wiki or yahoo answers. Today Google is nothign more than an Add serving search engine and now worthless but most people use it because they are allready adicted to Google. We do need to spread out and use both engines.

 

Google has more traffic. Yahoo's click and impression is very rare.

i find yahoo a little faster at indexing and faster at finding links but other than that Google seems to provide high quality visitors

 

Yahoo is good for Answers, but for me Google has the edge. Although, living in Saudi Arabia, Google email is continually switching to Arabic regardless of translation mode. So I often use my Yahoo email instead.

well, so far, it is still Google giving me much much more traffic than Yahoo even though we rank better on Yahoo....

 

i think you are wrong becouse google is more better than yahoo.

 

for me...google is better than yahoo as in search engines but as for the email, messengers and answer, definately yahoo is better

 

I think yahoo is providing search far before than google that's why it is more popular than google.
