Why would you NOT shop at this site?

If there was a reason that you wouldn't shop at this website: PokerEagles ... what would it be?

 

Humm the colors combination doesn't do it for me. I also don't like the logo. Those would be reasons for me not to buy on your website.

 

The site looks good. I think the title looks old style, just change it into newer style..

 

Because there are no products in poker apparel.

 

ask yourself why i would shop at amazon

- The fact that the checkout page doesn't work.. When I enter my address and press the "continue checkout" button, it just displays the same page again (without any of my input still there) (this is when I first clicked on "continue without an account".
- The fact that I don't know what kind of payment you accept. Paypal? Credit card? etc.. (I just noticed that you do mention this in the footer, however, I would place this in a better position on the cart page as well)
- The fact that the site is not just a store, but also a blog/article dir. I guess this is just my technical nature to distrust all sites that try and SEO their way in At least, I wouldn't put this on the homepage. You are a store first and foremost. You need to show off your products on the homepage.
- The overal layout doesn't look all that professional.

 

I just tested it and it works. The "Continue" button on top is if you dont want to create an account. If you do fill in the information you should use the "Submit" button in the bottom of the page.

Thats interesting about people not liking websites who do SEO. i never thought it would hurt that way.

Don't you think buying guides (not complete yet) and category images on front page are good?

What would you consider professional?

Well, I just tested the checkout again and it still doesn't work.

This is the URL: https://www.pokereagles.net/poker-supplies/index.php?main_page=no_account - I enter my address details, check "same address for shipping/billing" and click the continue button. I arrive at the same page without any of my details filled in. I am using camino (firefox for the mac)

As far as the layout, it's just the overall layout. Color combination is a bit weird. The logo font as well doesn't seem to fit anything. Navbar when you hover over links is too dark compared to the bg color.

 

I may have missed it but....... ???
I can't see a business phone number or address listed anywhere ? that would stop me from buying...

 

you should not click "continue" if you fill the form. You should click "submit" in the bottom of the page.

 

I like the design of the site. Simplicity. Overall 8/10

In Firefox 3.5, the tab option "Accessories" goes off to the next line.

Also, will be nice to see Free Shipping offers. Free shipping over $100, etc.
