    Maverick, just go to
    USER CP -> Edit Options at the bottom of the page there is a block named Blog XML Feed URL, just plug the URL for your blog feed there.... that's all there is to it.

    Blogging makes it so much easier to add content to your site (besides setting up a CMS, etc.).

    Additionally, it's like sticky content, people will come by your site hoping for daily content.
