Why Would an Ad Rank 3/10 on Quality Score for the Company Name?

    It is for a law firm, the company name is in the URL and on the home page a few times, but the quality score is 3/10? What possible reasons could this be?

    It's likely that the ad has a terrible CTR relative to what Google believes you should be getting in that position. That's the surest way to drive down your quality score.

    Hi,

    It might be that Google doesn’t believe that visitors will find your site relevant. Point people to a page that receives a good bounce rate for that keyphrase and it might help.
