Why won't my website send out a confirmation eMail

    My gtp site is supposed to send a confirmation email to all new members with an activation code but for some reason the email never send to the members. Where would this problem lye and how can I'd fix it?

    You should be asking your host that, we could only give you advices, not getting the problem fixed.

    Well in the admin section it's set to send mail. Does it have anything to do with cron jobs?

    Either you are using localhost on windows, or your server administrator disabled the mail() function.

    Check with your hosting if php mail() is disabled.
