Why wont Moneybooker accept US Signups?

    Does anyone know the reason why they wont accept USA sign ups?

    I basically have money there that i cant use... because no one can sign up

    Accounts are valid. They just can't send money to anyone. They can receive money from others. I've started hating moneybookers :(

    I am still shocked by this.
    I cannot use paypal because of some freaking stupid retarded law in my country and now moneybookers is banned for the USA people.
    The only thing i can do is find 500$ to make some kind of fictive company in US and use paypal

    US people can't send money via moneybookers .. They can just receive and withdraw it (As far as i know)

    well i paid an invoice recently within this month after this thread started and it worked fine. people still use it even though they have us based moneybooker too.
