the sistem could have errors! same thing happend to me! one night i was searching for a domain name on europeregistry.com and at some point i realease that .de domains from 2 letters are available to purchase ! i've bought ja.de quickly( no more money one my credit card to buy more domains)! i did not sleep all night because i can be a rich man next morning when i go to the bank and invest at least 3000$ to 5000$ in order to buy the others domains from 2 letter! ab.de is selling now for about 25.000$ and this is just one of 900 domains available! but in the morning i realease that something is wrong and i did not take any action, i wait for them to call me! at 10 i get a call from the registrant and they told me that because of a system error i was able to register ja.de and they reffund me and the dream of becoming a millionaire over night was over!
hey, I tried over 5+ different registrants all kept saying un-available, I got really annoyed so I just went to bed lol, thanks for the reply though! I am also told 2 letter domains are not allowed in the UK? This is stupid now.. 92.biz - available, when I go to purchase it - It's taken!
its not system its the domain character restrictions, like mainhoondon said in info extension you cant register less than 3 character , there are such restrictions on various domain names
