    I created this website a month ago. Then I linked to it from hundreds of pages on three popular sites (pagerank 3 - 4) owned by me. Those websites are crawled every day. Why won't Google index this new website?

    the popular ways is boorkmark article at high pr social sites...and i think you need add some content, update daily is good from the eyes of googlebot and don't forgot get some backlink...
    and if your web content is not unique content... it's hard to get index by googlebot but surely still can get index...just be patient :D
