Why when i pay for Ebay item with paypal it asks me to pay with my credit card on fil

    Why when i pay for Ebay item with paypal it asks me to pay with my credit card on file in PayPal account, i have 1 dollar in PayPal account and item costs 1.50. What i want to ask if i would have enough money in my PayPal account would i able to pay for it with my PayPal Balance, and not my credit card on file in PayPal account ?

    Certainly, when you will have enough PayPal funds in your accounts you won't have to use your CC to pay for your shopping. Otherwise PayPal will charge your CC for your purchase.

    So if i will have like 70 dollars in my account and i buy something for 60 bucks i won't be forwarded to my credit card add page and automatically can pay from my balanca in PayPal ?! Cool !

    Yes, if you have sufficient funds in PayPal then they won't charge your card.
