Why website is not ranked

    my website is at 23 number in yahoo.com for keyword but not in Google in 1000 position WHY?

    I have enough backlinks with anchortext.

    try to get more & more quality backlinks with your targeted keywords in the anchor tag...

    Mainly because Google has a different ranking algorithm than Yahoo who is now being powered by Bing. Are you referring to Yahoo Worldwide or Yahoo India?

    How enough is enough? And, it's not just about backlinks, backlinks and more backlinks. Onsite and Offsite SEO combined is the best way to go.

    Yes, My friend, yahoo and google two different way and algo. for site optimization. I think, if have alot of back links for site then you can wait for results.

    You should be submit your site in Google search engine group.You must do Onpage SEO for ranking.

    Their algorithm is different so the result must be different. Try building more back links. With good quality sites as said by other members.

    you should find dofollow backlinks, if you can find Pagerank dofollow backlink, that is very good for you

    and be patient, there is no instant way to do this :)

    i got site #4 on yahoo BUT not in 100 for google ...

    site got more links from articles + social bookmarks
