Facebook has become a big part of our everyday life. Several millions of people from every continent have adopted this amazing social network to connect with their friends, families, co-workers, and make new friends. It has been a good engine connect friends and families. Recently, many people have started to criticize Facebook saying that it is addicted, and that they spent too many times on it. It might be sometimes justify to criticize the site, but I think THAT NEEDS TO STOP! Nobody is forced to join Facebook, and it is free. If you find yourself addicted, simply quit and let other people take advantage of this amazing communication tool. If you can't do it, just leave us alone.

    Umm, ok.

Most of us use self discipline and personal responsibility to decide how much time to spend doing anything - but addictive behaviours are a real problem for some people. I doubt anyone "blames" facebook, it's just a symptom of a much bigger problem that someone is experiencing.

Quite a time it happens that due to addiction towards facebook you cannot leave it as well as you cannot stop blaming it.
so there could not be any one stroke solution.
